Alex Kaffe accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electronic and MobilePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, collected or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Alex Kaffe uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.
Alex Kaffe's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

AlexKaffe.dk delivers on all working days. Orders will be shipped outside 2-3 days.
We deliver with GLS and Postnord to your nearest parcel shop or home delivery. Delivery time for your order is typically 1-2 business days.
Delivery area: we deliver to Denmark and Sweden
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
When sending to a parcel shop and you do not pick up the package, the package will be sent back to us. You cover the cost of this (59,-). You cannot refuse to receive the package by not picking it up.
If you want us to send the parcel to the parcel shop again, you cover the cost of this (30,-).
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 50-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 50 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 50 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
This means that you have 50 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Withdrawal of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned and you are liable if any damage occurs during transit.

When using this portal, you pay 50 kr for a parcel label. Alexkaffe.dk covers any additional costs beyond 50 kr.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements can not be withdrawn:
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a clear personal touch,
Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
the condition of the goods when you return them
If the goods have lost value and this is because you have used them in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the cost of delivery.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof that you have returned them.

We only accept parcels sent directly to the address.
You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" of discovering the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
Complaints will not be accepted in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to obtain a receipt of dispatch so that we can reimburse your freight costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered at Cba Danoptik ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.
The data controller of AlexKaffe.dk is Alex.
You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were supposed to use it. Cookies are used on https://alexkaffe.dk/ with the aim of optimising the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
We use a log-statistics on https://alexkaffe.dk/, which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left, etc.
The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimising alexkaffe.dk's website.
