This coffee from Colombia is made with the sugar cane method, which is one of the most flavorful and natural ways to extract caffeine. A naturally occurring by-product from sugarcane production is used to extract the caffeine from the coffee.
The bean is a Colombia supremo, 100% high quality washed Arabica.
The coffee is 99.9 per cent caffeine-free, but still has all the good coffee flavor notes left. Nice for the evening coffee, or just to avoid too much caffeine in everyday life. Sold only in 400 and 800 g size.
Also try a "half and half", where you mix 50% decaffeinated coffee into your regular coffee!
The coffee is roasted between both for filter and espresso.
NB decaffeinated beans appear darker in color than regular beans, and you can use a little more coffee compared to water to match the taste of regular coffee
